Changed shocks, brakes, rotors on chevy express cargo. They should get 11/10. I dont live as close anymore, could of went to many other shops closer, but made the extra drive. Honest , reliable, good workmanship. The price too they beat other quotes I had recieved. Overall 11/10

I made a simple mistake with my trans fluid exchange and didnt measure the fluid I put in. Pep Boys wanted to sell me on two tires and would not touch it. Tires Choice in Avalon had my car from 0730-1715 to tell me they couldnt check my fluid level until they did more research. Then I risked it and chose Quality Transmission. Not only do they answer the phone politely, communicate the status of repair, and show empathy for a driveway mechanic's idiotic mistake, they didnt charge me to check the levels and do a once over of my entire car. They held my car overnight until I could organize transport to and from and I, frankly, couldn't be happier to have a simple service done there first because now I know exactly where I'll be going for any repairs for my household's 4 vehicles.

I have been using Quality for about 8 years - I have 5 family cars I rotate through this shop. They have provided excellent service and never failed me a single time. I get my oil changed here, as well as all service work - their prices are the very best that I've found in Orlando. Alex works the front desk - before that he was the shop foreman, working on cars. He is not only professional, but kind, courteous, and efficient. He and the shop team know cars inside and out. Jesus Rivera, the owner, is a master craftsman at rebuilding transmissions. He has rebuilt 2 or 3 for me. His son manages the downtown Orlando shop, and he's a fantastic mechanic too. The Quality staff always gives me great advice and helps me manage what needs to be done on my car and when. I have trusted them with 5 cars over 8 years - and never been disappointed! I recommend them without reservation!

Seriously one of the most honest shops I’ve been to. I brought in my 2018 Chevy Traverse thinking I was going to need a whole new transmission and was mentally preparing for a huge bill, but after checking everything they found out it was actually just the alternator. The estimate dropped from thousands of dollars, which really shows they care more about being honest than just making money. They got me in super fast and had my Chevy fixed the same day within a few hours. Hard to find places this trustworthy anymore. Definitely recommend them.

I had my transmission done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They did an amazing job on my car and made the whole process smooth and stress free. The team is very professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers. Their customer service is top notch, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable auto service!
